Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Voxdrop ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all features including voice notes, Whispers (private chat), and Live anonymous stranger chat.

2. The Service

Voxdrop is an anonymous platform that lets you:

• Record, share, and listen to short voice notes
• Send private encrypted messages via Whispers
• Chat anonymously with random strangers via Live chat
• React, reply, and engage with community content

You do not need to create an account. A device-generated anonymous ID is used to personalize your experience and prevent abuse.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or send, including voice recordings, text messages, images, and reactions. Do not upload content that is illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, harmful to minors, or infringes others' rights. We may remove content and restrict access without notice.

4. Anonymous & Live Chat

Live stranger chat connects you with random anonymous users. Messages in Live chat are ephemeral — they are automatically deleted when either user leaves. We employ automated content moderation to filter inappropriate content, spam, and malicious links. Despite anonymity, you must not use chat features to harass, threaten, or harm others.

5. Whispers (Private Chat)

Whispers uses end-to-end encryption. Messages, images, and voice notes sent via Whispers are encrypted on your device and can only be read by the intended recipient. We cannot access the content of encrypted messages. Chat connections require mutual acceptance (request/accept flow).

6. Content Moderation

We employ automated filtering in Live chat to block adult content, spam, and malicious URLs. Voice notes and public content may be reported by users and reviewed for policy violations. We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict or terminate access at our sole discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: spam or abuse the platform; impersonate others; upload malware or malicious content; attempt to circumvent security measures; use automated tools to scrape content; or use the Service for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in immediate access restriction.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of voice notes and content you create. By uploading content, you grant Voxdrop a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You may delete your own content at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or that content will be free from loss. You use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for content shared by other users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
